Returns & Exchange Policy

If you have ordered the wrong size or the goods are faulty, you can send it back (at your cost) within 14 days of the purchase date in its original packaging.
Goods must be returned at your cost in their original condition with tag labels still attached.
We are unable to accept returned items that have been worn or damaged after purchase.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

A request for an exchange or faulty products must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.

Once we receive your form by Email we will contact you.

A refund will only be made to the Credit Card used for your original purchase.

Shipping charges are only refundable if the original item is faulty or the item you received is different to your order and cannot be replaced. We will endeavour to process your returns request as quickly as possible and all returns will be processed on a Monday. Reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate based on the delivery preference you select when you reorder.
